Secure Binding Validation of Important Documentation

For centuries, signed documents have been accepted as legally binding because handwritten signatures are as unique as fingerprints.

Unlike fingerprints, however, actions like forgery, fraud, or coercion can make a signature invalid.

Notary Signing Agents are certified by the state to serve as an impartial, third-party witness able to establish that all signatories have:

  1. had their identities impartially verified
  2. been deemed fully aware and competent
  3. willingly provided their signature

What You Can Expect

We will arrive promptly on the day, time, and location you specify for your appointment.

Our certified Notary Public will begin your session by:

Viewing a current, government-issued ID with a photo, signature, and physical description to verify the identity of each signatory

Verifying that each signatory is aware of the document’s contents and is signing willingly.

Witnessing the signing of the document.

Authenticating the process by adding their signature and seal to the document.
