A Fingerprint-Based Summary of Certain FBI Records
An FBI Identity History Summary is a fingerprint-based record that may contain certain information associated with fingerprint submissions retained by the FBI, including arrest-related information and, in some cases, records connected with federal employment, naturalization, or military service.
It is not a general commercial background report and does not automatically include your complete employment history, education verification, credit history, bankruptcies, or tax liens.
